BC, Alberta governments press ahead on plans for tar sands pipelines and exports

Last summer, the then-unelected premier of British Columbia, Christy Clark, hit the ‘pause’ button on promotion efforts for the Northern Gateway tar sands pipeline across northern British Columbia.
